I am a provisional member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) with a Bachelor of Counselling and Addiction Practice in New Zealand. I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges.

Whether you’re navigating stress, addictions, relationship challenges, or big life changes, I listen and work with you to find practical steps forward - together.

My approach is warm, evidence-based, and tailored to your goals. From individual therapy to couples and family sessions, I make it easy to start, stay, and succeed on your mental-wellness journey. No judgment - just genuine support.

I offer both online & in-person counselling sessions in Wellington, providing flexible & accessible support.

Being fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam, I offer counselling that allows clients to express themselves comfortably in the language they connect with most.
